The Tapestry at Roan Hill is a 145-unit residential community built to replace the aging John Sevier Center in downtown Johnson City. J Ross Painting and Drywall was selected to complete all interior and exterior painting for this new facility. Their crews painted every living unit along with hallways, stairwells, common areas, and all exterior surfaces. The scope required careful coordination with other trades and tight scheduling to keep the project moving on time. Even though this was a high-volume, production-driven job, the finish quality still had to meet commercial standards, and the attention to detail shows in the final results.
