Amidst an environment of stress and uncertainty, one contractor has found silver lining and devised a way to give back to the community, and he’s challenging you to do the same. This week Paint Track Painting Services in Westchester, NY announced the “Remodel for a Reason” campaign. The mission? To give back to the frontline workers fighting COVID-19 with fresh paint applied by pros.

“Many of us appreciate the hard work and dedication of healthcare workers who’d spend countless hours in hospitals saving lives and keeping us safe, while away from home and their loved ones,” said Ray Rahni the general manager of Paint Track. “As a token of our appreciation, we wanted to give back to the hardworking men and women who are risking their own lives to save others. Just like the soldiers who fought for our freedom in the past,” Rahni added.

Remodel for a Reason will give up to $1,500 of free painting/remodeling services to 10 frontline workers nominated by the public. He’s set up a entry form for nominations, and even made a video to announce giveaway.

Rahni and his family were so excited about Remodel for a Reason, that they decided to challenge you, other painting contractors to give back to your community as well. “We then thought, why stop there! We can make this into a nationwide challenge so that even more contractors could participate and offer similar complimentary services to these dedicated groups of people in the communities they serve,” said Rahni.

“The idea is for everyone to step up so as an industry, we can say we completed a lot of jobs for those frontline workers.”

In addition, APC has decided to highlighting the work painters are doing the frontline community in our magazine. “There is so much negativity in the world now, this is an opportunity to bring something positive.”
