You know those home makeover shows that culminate in a perfect before-and-after view?
The team at Sequoia Painting must have been taking notes. The photos of their TOP JOB look like two totally different buildings.
The College of the Sequoias Educational Support Services Building badly needed a fresh face. The new construction building looked more like an abandoned factory than the bustling student center it needed to become.
It’s no coincidence that the college and the painting company share a similar name. In Visalia, Sequoia National Park is the main attraction.
Sequoia Painting joined an elite group of local craftspeople brought in to work on the huge project. The painting company was responsible for priming and painting drywall, soffits, doors, and frames, adding concrete sealant to multiple rooms, and even painting exposed ductwork. To top it off, the team painted the exterior, including walls and galvanized flashing.
The before-and-after pictures tell the story. This is one of the most vivid makeovers we’ve ever seen.
“It felt great achieving a project of such caliber, especially with it being such an important location in Visalia since 1940,” the company said. “Our motto is ‘Creating Happiness,’ and that’s what this project did, not only for us, but for the community today and in the future.”
